How can I track the status of my visa application?

We will provide you with a file number and regular updates throughout the process. You’ll also be able to track the progress of your application via our customer service department or the relevant authorities’ online platforms. We’ll provide you with dedicated customer access

How long will it take to process my visa application?

Processing times vary according to visa type and destination country. On average, processing can take from a few weeks to several months. We will inform you of the estimated processing time when you submit your application.

What happens if my visa application is rejected?

In the event of refusal, we analyze the reasons given by the authorities and help you prepare a new application or appeal, if possible. Our team will advise you on the best steps to take to maximize your chances of success.

Do you offer translation services for official documents?

Yes, we offer certified translation services for all documents required for your visa application or any other immigration process.

What are the costs associated with your services?

Our fees vary according to the services required (advice, preparation of documents, submission of files, etc.). We will provide you with a detailed estimate during our initial consultation.

Can you help me find accommodation and a job in my destination country?

Yes, we offer integration support services, including assistance in finding accommodation and contacts with recruitment agencies or potential employers in your destination country.

What services do you offer investors returning to Cameroon?

For returning investors, we offer investment consulting services, identification of business opportunities, financial and legal advice, as well as full assistance with the administrative procedures involved in investing in Cameroon.

Do you help with integration in the destination country?

Yes, in addition to visa assistance, we offer integration services such as cultural and linguistic orientation, job search, opening a bank account, and access to social and community services.

Absolutely. We offer online and remote services to assist you, wherever you are. Our consultations can be carried out by videoconference, telephone or email.

Which countries do you cover in your immigration services?

What are the criteria for obtaining a student visa?
